Trust and Truth

myviploan.com’s policies and practices conform to fair lending laws like the Truth in Lending Act. Before a consumer enters into a loan agreement, the lender provides exact fees, rates, charges, and other details. Loans are intended to provide short-term financing for unexpected expenses and should not be considered a long-term solution. If approved by a lender, any loan offer must be reviewed in full before you sign.

Fair Lending

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act states all lenders must engage in “fair lending” practices. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau enforces these rules.

Current State Regulations

myviploan.com encourages lenders to follow applicable federal and state regulations including interest rates, maximum loan terms, rollover limits, fees, and cooling-off periods. Our service is not available in all states, and the states served by lenders in our network may change from time to time. Service is restricted to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older.

Tribal Lender Disclosure

Some lenders in our network may be tribal lenders, which operate under tribal and certain federal laws and may be immune from state law including state usury caps. Tribal lender rates and fees may exceed those of state-licensed lenders. If you are matched with a tribal lender, you may be required to resolve disputes in a tribal jurisdiction. Review the loan agreement carefully before accepting any loan offer.

Anti-Spam Policy

myviploan.com strictly prohibits any reference or advertisement of our brand and website using unsolicited email messages (“spam”), unsolicited text messages, or any other form of unsolicited electronic communication. Marketing affiliates, partners, and lenders in our network are required to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and all other applicable federal and state laws governing electronic communications. Any party found to be sending unsolicited communications referencing our brand will have their affiliate or partner relationship terminated immediately.
