How myviploan.com uses your information
When you submit a loan request, your information is transmitted to lenders and lending partners in our network for the purpose of evaluating that request. Under the broad definitions in the CCPA/CPRA, that transmission may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out using the form or contacts below.
Submit your opt-out request
To opt out, send an email to info@myviploan.com with the subject line Do Not Sell Request. Include in the body of the email:
- The email address you want the opt-out to apply to.
- The phone number you want the opt-out to apply to (if different from the one used to submit a request).
- Your state of residence.
You do not need to create an account to submit a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the device and browser from which the signal is sent. No additional action is required if your browser sends GPC.
Authorized agents
Authorized agents may submit opt-out requests on your behalf with written permission and verification of your identity. Email proof of authorization to info@myviploan.com.
Response time
We will process your opt-out request within 15 business days of receipt.
What the opt-out does not cover
Opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information does not stop transactional or account-servicing communications related to a loan request you have already submitted. To stop communications from a specific lender, contact that lender directly. To stop marketing emails from myviploan.com, use the Unsubscribe page.
